THE CRAFT

Heritage craftsmanship rather than mass-produced jewellery

Jaipur's jewellery traditions bring together the decisions of the designer, the stone setter and the Meenakari artisan. Our atelier continues these methods through individual pieces and commissions. Every product's materials and availability should be checked on its own listing. Discover more about our craftsmanship and family story.

Bridal & occasion pieces

Look through statement rings, necklaces and other heritage-inspired designs for wedding ceremonies and meaningful family occasions. We can discuss a commission when a ready-made design isn't quite right.

Polki & stone details

Natural uncut Polki varies from stone to stone. Request precise product information, original photographs and a vertical jewellery video when available.

Meenakari in colour

Coloured enamel can be as expressive as the stones around it. Explore our craftsmanship stories to see how a design moves from workshop to finished ornament.

HOW TO ORDER

Ordering handcrafted jewellery in the UK

  1. Explore the collection and select a design. Product pages distinguish available stock, made-to-order pieces and enquiry-only items.
  2. For personal commissions, send design references, intended use and an approximate timeframe so the atelier can discuss materials and working days.
  3. Select United Kingdom in checkout. The currency selector may display a reference GBP equivalent, while final bank-transfer payment instructions and the order total are confirmed in INR.
  4. International shipping is shown separately as ₹4,500, with an estimated transit time of around 15 days after dispatch. Import VAT, duties or clearance fees are not necessarily included.

For charges, eligibility and any destination restrictions, see our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Cancellations policies. Details in checkout and your final confirmation take precedence over estimates on this page.

CARE & CONFIDENCE

Know the piece before you choose it.

Review the actual jewellery photographs and specifications, including stone details and order type. Product videos are available when uploaded by our atelier. For commissions, discuss any differences in stones, dimensions and manufacturing before payment.

QUESTIONS FROM UK CUSTOMERS

Before placing an international order

Can I order bespoke Indian bridal jewellery from the UK?

Yes, subject to a confirmed design, materials, production timing and international delivery arrangements. You can contact the Jaipur atelier through the bespoke enquiry page.

Will the website show prices in GBP?

The site's currency selector can display indicative GBP values. The underlying confirmed INR total and the exchange rate used by your bank or transfer provider should be reviewed before payment.

When should I place a made-to-order request?

Allow time for both the individual product's stated manufacturing working days and the estimated international transit after dispatch. Customs clearance can add time; we do not guarantee delivery for a fixed wedding date.

Are UK import VAT and customs charges included?

International shipping charges do not automatically cover import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees. Check our Shipping & Delivery policy and applicable UK rules before placing an order.

What if I need to return a piece?

Review the Returns & Cancellations policy before ordering. Eligibility varies by item and reason for return, particularly for personalised jewellery; mandatory UK consumer rights are unaffected.
